A bag to challenge ocularcentrism

Pushing the boundaries of art in motion, we created a multi-sensory bag experience highlighting sight, touch, and smell into a bag.

Over the weekend we had this piece on display during the @made.bike in Portland Oregon. A lot of conversations were generated on the bag and its origin. We explained how our aim was to challenge the way bags interact with bikes, and the interplay of these items of utility through a sensory experience opposed to a strong visual bias in thinking.
